TOUCHDOWN!!

Who Dat! Who Dat! The Saints is where it's at. With the first NFL game of the 2010-2011 season kicking off Thursday night against the Vikings, the Saints came through with a 14-9 victory at home. With Vikings driving up field every possession, they seem to fall short of scoring. Favre threw for 162 yards with one touchdown pass but that didn't cut it. On the other hand Drew Brees led with 237 passing yards with one touchdown pass as well. He received help from his running back Pierre Thomas who rushed for 71 yards and a touchdown. Giving the Saints 14. Whoever thought that Favre had it in him still? I didn't. Saints start off early with a 1-0 record as defending champions. Let's see if they can keep it up.

Next Game:
Vikings vs Miami
Saints @ San Francisco
